TALP Product Warranty

At TALP, we work to offer high-quality technological garments, made with innovative materials such as integrated graphene. All our products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and other current consumer regulations.

1. Warranty Duration

TALP products come with a 2-year legal warranty from the delivery date.

The warranty covers any lack of conformity that the product may have at the time of purchase. Defects arising from improper use, natural wear and tear, or incorrect washing of the garment are not considered original defects.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects related to:

  • Integrity and function of the material with integrated graphene

  • Seams or structural joints

  • Defective materials from origin

  • Manufacturing problems

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Not covered:

  • Wear and tear from normal use

  • Deterioration caused by incorrect washing

  • Damage from handling or alteration of integrated graphene

  • Accidental tears

  • Use other than that recommended by TALP

  • Products without a label, without original packaging or without an associated order number

4. How to Process a Warranty Claim

To request a review or claim warranty, the customer should contact:

Subject: TALP Warranty + order number

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the problem

  • Photographs of the defect

  • Approximate date of appearance

Our team will analyze the incident and may request additional information if necessary to assess the lack of conformity.

5. Planned Solutions

If the product presents a lack of conformity covered by the warranty, TALP may choose to:

  1. Repair the garment, provided it is technically and economically viable.

  2. Replace it with an identical or equivalent model.

  3. If neither of the above options is possible, proceed with a full or partial refund, as legally appropriate.

All these procedures will be carried out free of charge for the customer.

6. Use Recommendations to Maintain Warranty

To maintain the integrity of the graphene material and ensure the garment's durability, we recommend:

  • Wash at a maximum of 30 °C

  • Do not use fabric softener (it can affect the performance of the graphene and the technical structure of the fabric)

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Do not iron

  • Avoid abrasions, snags, or unnecessary stretching

  • See specific care instructions for each product indicated on the packaging and in the product description.

Failure to comply with these recommendations may void the warranty.
